Section 81

Commercial banks and financial institutions shall provide loans as specified by the bank in areas specified by the bank from time to time for a period specified by the bank. The bank can claim damages from the concerned commercial bank or financial institution for the amount that is less than the maximum interest rate charged by the concerned commercial bank or financial institution.
